    Nominations for Committee roles are made via the home page of BMWMCCWA Website, until 2 weeks prior to the event.

    BMWMCCWA mid-year dinner

    Booking essential, jump onto the club website BMW Motorcycle Club of Western Australia Inc. - Home to reserve a few seats.

    The club will provide some finger foods / Appetizers early in the evening, and members are to select and pay for respective meals from the Bayswater Hotel menu (there is a copy on public forum) when you arrive on the night. The hotel offers a wide range of meal options including Roast of the month – Roast Lamb for very reasonable prices.

    Kindly let me know of any dietary requirements / allergies by emailing president@bmwmccwa.asn.au when you register.

    Refreshments are available from the bar at your cost.

    Aim to be seated for your main meal around 7pm.

    The club has ties to the Bayswater hotel – meeting there in the formative years, so register and join members, partners, and friends for fellowship in this recently renovated venue.

    They have rooms available if you would rather stay the night, mention the club and they may offer a discount on the room rate.

    The Bayswater Hotel is within walking distance of the Bayswater Train station and there is public car parking adjacent to the hotel.

    There will be prizes up for grabs during the event and all funds raised will go to the RFDS.

    We require registration for the event and numbers need to be locked in 1 week prior, so rally a few mates and lock in the date Saturday 19th July.

    The annual Border Run, is on again, most head out Thursday 31st July heading for Southern Cross, or very early Friday 1st August and make their way to a bush camp on the Western end of the Ninety mile straight.

    Saturday 2nd August people gather in the Roadhouse Restaurant for dinner and fellowship.

    Sunday morning people make their way homeward, usually getting to Coolgardie or Southern Cross, before getting back into metro on Monday.

    Keep an eye on the club forum for details of those participating and meet up points.

    Bikes come from all over Australia, with a large contingent from SA, each year.

    The Pudding may even make an appearance.

    These meetings are to discuss club business and administrative house keeping.

    All are welcome, parking for bikes in front of the venue and Carpark at rear.

    Event – Carnamah Tractor Museum and Camp Cook Off

    Where- Carnamah Western Australia

    When – Saturday 20th September 2025 and return Sunday 21st September 2025

    Meet at Bindoon Bakehaus at 8.30am for a 9am departure, heading for Wongan Hills for coffee, onto Wubin for lunch, before the final leg onto Carnamah – approximately 300km all up in 3 x ~1-hour sectors.

    Visit the Carnamah Tractor Museum 5 Forrester Ave - $10 per head entry fee, and the Chamberlain Tractor on main road for photos, before heading to the Carnamah Caravan Park, for the Camp Cook Off.

    The Carnamah Caravan Park has a range of accommodation options, you will need to book in advance, contact the caretaker on 0419772575, Caravan Park is located on King St Carnamah.

    Camp Cook Off theme for this year will be simplicity, minimum effort, maximum nutritional value, chook bucket, show the judges your ingredients, get cooking, plate up your meal and offer a sample to the judges by 6.30pm.

    Prizes will be awarded at the judge’s discretion for creativity, ingenuity, and nutritional content.

    Sunday 21st September, those wanting to return to metro, can follow me down Midlands Road to Moora, where I will be stopping to catch up with friends, before continuing onto Perth, approximately 220km in 2 x ~1-hour sectors.

    Join me on this ride for a relaxing weekend exploring the countryside, we may even get to see some wildflowers along the way.
