Annual Border Run, where riders from far and wide converge on Border Village (WA) for dinner on the first Saturday of August each year.
This year has a special meaning for several of our long standing members and will be an event to remember, if you have not made the pilgrimage before - this may be the year to put aside a couple of days to make the journey.
Typical black top ride heads out around 6am Friday the 2nd from Midvale, ride ~900km to Ninety Mile Straight, Campout, arise Saturday morning and ride ~500km to the Border. Sunday morning commence the return trip, usually stopping Coolgardie or Southern Cross overnight before slipping into metro in Monday morning.
